no restard timer and its night now for like 4 hours

the server needs a restard

i have a view problems at the server i cant open my safe's and yester day i died and when i came back at my body it whas empty so i lost my AS50 and 24 Breefcases and i lost my T-90 tank by untowing it

hey can i become admin on your server? im playing alot on the server so the most of the time im online and i had a server on my own so i have some experience
